British Columbia has the longest wakeboard season of any province. Though the competition season usually runs from late June or early July until the end of August, you can easily extend your season by a couple months with a wetsuit. For those willing to brave cold temperatures, and able to find a driver/spotter, we've heard some boarders using dry suits ride from April until October.
Pro wakeboarders hailing from British Columbia include Chad Sharpe, Kevin Henshaw, Aaron Rathy and wakeskater James Balzer.
